Management charges a $150, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs to the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months’ rent, any pro-rated rent, or any additional deposit that might be required on the day of move-in.
Utility billing is calculated by the Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS) and will be paid to a third party vendor. A 12-month history of water payments is available for review in the management office, as required by state law.
Our typical lease is a 12 month lease term. We are happy to discuss alternative lease terms with you, but in some cases may result in a monthly premium.
A Government issued photo ID is required when completing an application.
All applicants must complete the application within
48 hours
or the apartment/townhome will be put back on the market.
